Aikido East is the newsletter of the Eastern Region of the United States Aikido Federation. We feature interviews with shihans and shidoin, reports on various seminars, articles on subjects of interest to the members of the USAF, and a column by Yoshimitsu Yamada, Aikido East's publisher. Aikido East is free to USAF members, available at their dojos. Because of astronomical postal costs, we are currently rethinking how to produce and distribute Aikido East and are therefore on a publishing hiatus. More news will be coming soon.
