The Children's Aikido Program

Instructors

The Children's Program staff is currently comprised of Peter Kiama Kiai, 3nd dan, Walter Gonzalez, 3nd dan, and David Babcock, 2nd dan (see picture above right), along with several additional assistant instructors, some of whom are alumni of the children's program.
The Children’s Program welcomes the participation of parents who are also students of aikido to take part in classes in order to provide much needed assistance, as well as New York Aikikai members who have an interest in the nurturing and development of children in aikido.
