Early bird pricing lasts through July 1, 2026. After July 15 the cost increase is below in parenthesis. There will be an additional markup if you wait to register at the door.

All tickets include mat fees at the NY Aikikai on October 1, 2, and 5.

Friday only: $65 ($75)
Saturday only: $160 ($180)
Sunday only: $85 ($100)

Cancellations before September 15 will be refunded minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations after September 15 are not subject to refunds. Contact us for cancellations.

We are offering ten scholarships to those who need financial support. Scholarships cover registration for the weekend. Deadline for application is June 15. Here’s the application form. Applicants: please fill in the top half and ask your chief instructor to fill out the bottom half. NY Aikikai Members: Just fill out the top half. Please apply for scholarships prior to registering for the seminar.
