• Registration

Online registration is now closed. You may register onsite for both day passes and for first half or second half of the week. However, day passes for Thursday will not be available.

Day passes for Saturday-Wednesday: $120
1st half of week (Saturday-Monday): $270
2nd half of week (Tuesday -Thursday): $340

We prefer payment by credit/debit card. We accept ApplePay and have the ability for people to “tap.

The registration cancellation deadline has passed. Currently there are no refunds available for cancellation. If you have any questions, please contact us.

• Check it out!
  Friday, July 25 — Arrivals and check-in starting at 4pm, no group meals
  Saturday, July 26 — First full day of classes, 1st half of week begins, 1st day of meals starting with breakfast. Welcome BBQ sponsored by NY Aikikai
  Sunday, July 27 — Full day of classes
  Monday, July 28 — Full day of classes, 1st half of week closes
  Tuesday, July 29 — 2nd half of week begins, classes and dan tests
  Wednesday, July 30 — Full day of classes
  Thursday, July 31 — Full day of classes. Doshu teaches. Banquet. Camp ends.
  Friday, August 1 — Departure. No group meals

  We have sold out our room block at the Seaview.

  Hotel cancellation deadline: cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

  If you would like to explore other hotel options, consider these hotels, a 10 minute drive from the Seaview:
